Tips:

1. Dial in at least 3 minutes before the scheduled start of the Teleconference.

2. While in the Teleconference, please do NOT place the call on hold.

Your phone system's On-Hold Music can overwhelm the Teleconference and cause it to come to a stop.

If you must take another call, please hang up and re-join the Teleconference when your second call is complete.

3. Please do not use 2 extensions on the same outgoing line** to join the Teleconference,

as this will cause acoustic feedback at your location and disrupt the Teleconference.
